Each student registered on this form must be the child or legal ward of the adult listed on the form. If you are registering more than one child, to qualify for the multiple student discount, the children must reside in the same household at least 50% of the time, or share one or more parents or legal guardians in common. 

Terms and Conditions

Securing a Space
    Our classes often fill up quickly and space is limited; however, once your registration fee has been paid, your child's spot is secure and will NOT change unless you voluntarily drop your student from that class.

    Pre-registration does not guarantee a space in upcoming classes, pre-registration just ensures that you will be contacted regarding upcoming classes that have space available at that time. If you register for a course, but your registration fee does not complete for any reason, your student's seat will be held for 48 hours in an attempt to rectify any issues with your payment. After 48 hours, the space will once again become available, until the time that your registration fee has been paid. 

Dropping a Course / Return of Fees

Dropping a Course Prior to 7 Days of the Start Date
   
    All Registration Fees, once charged, are nonrefundable - However- if you need to drop a student from a course BEFORE the listed start date - we will issue you a CREDIT for the total amount of your registration fee to be used towards a later class. You have twelve months from the start date of the initial class you registered for, to use your credit towards another class or classes. Any unused full or partial credit remaining at the end of that 12-month period will be forfeited. If the balances aren't equal (for example, you registered a Junior builder, age 10 for a class for $148, but then you had to pull the student from class before the start date, you will be issued a credit for $148 to be used towards a future class or classes. If, within 12 months, you registered a Little Builder for class ($80) - you would maintain a positive credit of $68. That remaining credit would still need to be applied towards another registration fee within the original 12 months from the time it was issued. 

    Credits from classes can not be applied towards purchases of materials, registration fees for shows or events, etc. Class credits can only be applied towards future registration fee(s). If a credit is applied towards a registration fee, and then the student is again pulled from the class prior to it's start date, the 12-months of the original credit does not start again - the original credit is still only valid towards the 12 months that it was first issued for. If you have a partial credit, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of registration before a seat in that class will be booked for your student.

Dropping a Course Last Minute (Less than 7 Days)
   
    Because supplies are purchased prior to the start of most classes, pertaining to the activities in that class and based on the number of enrolled students - If you choose to drop a student from a course less than 7 days from the scheduled start of that class, you will be issued a credit for 50% of the class fee to use towards a class within 12 months from the start date of the initial class you registered for. There is an exception for Little Builders classes, and an exception will be made with a doctor's note if a student is diagnosed with any condition that is likely to result in their missing more than 1 scheduled class. (for example, if a student broke his leg two days prior to the start of class, a parent can present a doctor's note stating that the student would be missing more than one week of the upcoming class, and a FULL credit will be issued, rather than the 50% credit.)

    Please check the dates carefully before registering. We are unable to offer fee reductions if a student misses class for any reason. We do our best to offer make-up classes to students whenever a makeup class exists / is possible within 8 weeks of the missed class. (if you have travel already scheduled prior to registering, please contact us to see if a makeup class can be scheduled slightly before, or after the class date you expect to miss).

Due to the nature of the activities we'll be doing - and the course scheduling - Not all classes can be made-up.
   
    Make-up classes will be offered when another class, participating in the same event(s) is available within 8 weeks of the class date a student expects to miss.

Scholarship Programs for Financially Vulnerable Students

    We will be working with a limited number of students on a scholarship basis. We can not promise scholarship spaces will be available for all classes or during all class sessions, but we will make scholarships available to qualifying students from families in need whenever possible.
